Charge Collective is seeking a curious and intelligent intern to join our UX/UI team. We are looking for someone with the technical skills of a designer, but with a passion for technology and the climatech and electric world ecosystem.
We are developing services that enable consumers to effortlessly and equitably enage within the electric vehicle ecosystem. This is an unpaid internship, but at Charge Collective, there are opportunities to grow into greater responsibility.
This is a special internship that combines a lot of interests. The roll will provide hands-on experience in user growth, marketing, and technical development. The ideal candidate will bring energy and passion to everything they do and be comfortable in a fast paced start-up environment. You will report to the founder.

Qualifications
You are a self-starter that wants to learn and gain experience working at an early-stage startup. You have a background in UI/UX development, design methods and techniques. You also have a deep sense of empathy, observing and interviewing and representing the human perspective in design. You have experience translating insights into actionable principles and opportunity areas. You’re familiar with Adobe XD, Figma, Maze and other UI/UX platforms.
