We are looking for an energetic, self-starting, and innovative individual to assist with the planning and creation of optimized user experiences for web and email applications. This person should possess strong skills in branding and graphic design, and have real-world experience with the latest UX trends and best practices.

This position will collaborate with a team of strategists and designers to determine user interface needs for each project and deliver high quality conceptual solutions. This position will also work closely with developers and other key stakeholders, ensuring the concepts are translated into functional web solutions.

What You Get To Do Every Day

• Produce high-fidelity mockups to be used as variations for A/B testing purposes
• Produce high-fidelity template designs for large scale redesign projects
• Produce engaging designs for email marketing campaigns and opt-in forms
• Work with the development team to ensure final builds are an accurate reflection of the finalized designs

What You Bring To The Role

• Proficient Adobe Photoshop Skills
• Intermediate Sketch Skills or equivalent software experience (Adobe XD or Figma)
• Fundamental Adobe Illustrator Skills
• Fundamental Understanding of Image Optimization Techniques and Best Practices
• Basic understanding of UX Best Practices for Web
• Ability to create simple Iconography
• Ability to follow creative brief and complete work within a given timeline and estimate
• Proficient communication skills (written, verbal, as well as visually through diagrams)
• Basic Understanding of Email Best Practices & Limitations
• Basic Understanding of Accessible Design Standards (WCAG)
• Basic Understanding of HTML/CSS Practices
• Experience working collaboratively with a development team preferred
