Primary Function:
Asembia is seeking a Product UI Designer in Florham Park, NJ. This is an on-site position for ideal candidates that have knowledge and experience in UI best practices. As a hands-on UX designer, you will work on high profile products supporting the pharmacy and healthcare industry for patients and prescribers. Additionally, you will work closely with business executives and a large internal development team to bring quality projects to life.
Job Scope and Major Responsibilities:
- Ability to actively listen to users and understand their fundamental problems. Collaborate with other teams and offer engaging solutions.
- Follow the market and the latest and greatest technologies being used to engage consumers and clinicians and build great products. Know relevant UX and UI toolsets and best practices.
- Be able to craft compelling and innovative user experiences, mockups, and consumer grade UI designs. Work with solution engineering teams.
- Be the voice of the user, seeking to understand patients, pharma and pharmacy partner needs.
Performance Criteria:
- Bachelor's/Equivalent degree or an equivalent of relevant experience and education
- User Interface design, consumer visual design using tools such as Sketch, Invision etc.
- Product Information Architecture and how it relates to User Interface design.
- Product Management practices for prioritization, user research, & story writing
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and mobile first web technical skills
- Experience in healthcare technology and/or healthcare space
- Prior healthcare consumer experience
Nice to Have:
- Pharmacy knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of data analytics, user event tracking
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and mobile first web technical skills
- Product management experience
- Interest/Knowledge/Passion in utilizing Generative AI to improve workflows.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
