What is Bilt?

Bilt Rewards is the first program for consumers to earn rewards on rent and daily neighborhood spending while creating a path toward home ownership.

What’s the role?

We are so excited to be welcoming Bilterns again to our organization this summer for an 8-week internship program. Our Biltern program is designed to give all participants an inside look at various parts of our organization and have a real chance to make a difference in the way we operate. Each Biltern will be assigned a part of our organization for day-to-day work and responsibilities, but will also meet with all departments to understand other areas of our business. Throughout the program, the interns will work together on a capstone project which will be presented to the entire Bilt team at the end of the 8 weeks.

Our Biltern program will pay $500/week. All interns are required to work in-office at our NYC HQ, Tuesday - Thursday.

• Product Management
• Product Design
• Engineering
• New Business / Real Estate
• Strategic Partnerships
• People
• Growth Marketing
• Customer Solutions

In terms of qualifications, we’re seeking:

• Rising college Junior or Senior working towards a Bachelor’s degree

• For our Engineering internship, we require someone studying Computer Science
• For our Product Management internship, we require someone who is studying design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or Business Administration program
• For our Product Design internship, we require someone who is studying design or Human-Computer Interaction and has experience using Figma.

• Available for a minimum of 8 weeks for the internship in NYC from June 4, 2024 - to July 25, 2024
• Able to work at least 24 hours per week, Tuesday - Thursday in person
• Self-starters who are results-oriented, resourceful, analytical and innovative, intellectually curious, and who take initiatives and risks
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Learns quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and programs
• Previous work experience or internship in a related field is a plus
