We are seeking a talented and motivated Student User Experience Designer to join our team as an intern. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences and a drive to learn and grow in the field of UX design.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the UX design team on various projects to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Help define and refine design processes and methodologies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the design solutions meet business and user needs.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates your design skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or InVision. (We use Figma!)
- Good understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for creating great user experiences.
This position starts May 8, 2023, with an opportunity to continue into the fall semester. The intern will receive a competitive hourly wage, as well as opportunities for skill development and professional growth.
