Insight Space is the independent qualitative research facility and recruiting division of Blink. We offer state-of-the-art usability labs and facilities for usability testing, focus groups, market research, mock juries, etc. Our team has decades of experience guiding research projects to successful completion. We offer national and targeted recruiting services and are looking to expand our panel for research participation.
Insight Space is looking for Research Project Interviewers. With supervision, the project interviewer will be conducting in-person research sessions with participants from 1mo-48 months old within the facility, as well as complete administrative tasks. The Interviewer reports directly to the Facility Supervisor.
The work details:
Hourly Payrate: $25/hr
Start date: April 1st
End date: August 31st
Hours: Lab hours will be from approximately. 12 PM-4 PM PT
Tuesday-Thursday, and Saturdays from 11-5 pm PT

Location: This position is based out of Blink HQ in Seattle WA.
Please note: This is a part-time hourly position and while experience in Market Research and or Clinical Research is a plus, it is not required
What you will be doing:
- Attend client onsite training to complete study certification. Dates of note: Training will be full-time April 17- May 5th approx. 8 AM-5 PM.
- Greeting participants, and external clients, maintaining a friendly, but professional rapport with both.
- Administer questionnaires, consents, and other documents as written.
- Complete the programmed interview on a provided computer, following software and prompts as directed.
- Follow directions and review completed materials for errors and incomplete information.
- Clean and disinfected workspace as directed.
- Light lifting as needed (assist with moving chairs, tables, etc.) based on the client’s specifications.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.

- Strong communication skills, and work experience with both babies, and toddlers.
- Spanish Speaking is a plus.
- Flexibility with scheduling hours.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time.
- Professional manner and appearance.
- Works well within a team atmosphere, as well as independently
DURING RESEARCH:
UPON ARRIVAL:
- Meet with the Supervisor to ensure preparation for shift requirements.

- Administer interviews with participants showing patience, guidance, and empathy.
- Double-check all paperwork, including consent and other study documents to make sure they are filled out properly.
- Make sure to pay attention to their respective rooms, disinfecting, and cleaning space as directed.
- Communicate with your Manager or Supervisor if you have any questions or issues.
- Conduct reminder calls to participants as directed.
UPON CLOSING:
- Check all paperwork and organize it into the project folder
- Scan/Upload the client paperwork to the HUB
- Upload project interview as directed
- Ensure rooms are ready for the next day, by completing the CSR checklists, as required
- Ensure that all printing is ready for the next day.
- Send out detailed reports as needed.
$25 - $25 an hour
