WEVO is a UX research platform that uncovers insights with significantly less effort than typical tools. Our clients' research, product, and marketing teams get synthesized quantitative and qualitative insights, scores, and benchmarks with less than 30 minutes of effort. WEVO's statistically significant feedback de-risks their decision-making, delivering the confidence to build valuable customer experiences.
In this role, you will collaborate with fellow operations team members and client teams to understand user needs and create solutions to positively impact digital product development. This is a hands-on role, supporting customers across disciplines to design studies that answer their critical research questions.
Job Responsibilities
- Understand the WEVO platform to effectively identify research opportunities and isolate the correct audiences for each
- Conduct research, synthesize findings, and communicate insights to marketers, researchers, and product teams
- Regularly working directly with enterprise-level clients to craft long-term research planning and execute research projects
- Build, field, and analyze studies for prototypes and other designs for websites, apps, and other digital experiences, all with the journey of end users in mind
- Communicate research insights through written reports and live presentations in clear, concise, and compelling ways
Qualifications
- 2+ years of mixed-method research experience, preferably in the digital space
- Knowledge and experience across a range of research methodologies, including usability studies, interviews, and surveys
- Ability to synthesize large volumes of qualitative data
- Understanding of quantitative methodologies including survey design and analysis
- Proficiency with building and monitoring surveys on Qualtrics
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to craft a compelling narrative and share insights with senior executives
- Experience with Userlytics, Invision, and Figma preferred but not required
TRAVEL REQUIRED
This job requires 5-10% domestic travel.

This full-time, exempt position is located in Boston, MA, and is open to fully remote within the US.
