Product UI/UX Design Intern

Product Pass wants to help highly talented, aspiring product management enter into the very competitive field by providing real-world experience. Our program is a combination of conceptual training and real-world experiences for those interested in becoming a product manager.
This role is unique within our business as we will be working closely with our clients to build MVP products by providing both product management and development services. Our clients project range from AI to fitness to crypto projects.
The intern will help us kickstart our initial client development projects to see if this is a viable service path for us.

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience of software UI/UX design.
• Experience with Figma required.
• Nice to have experience with Adobe Illustrator and graphic design
• Attention to detail and focus on creating aethestically pleasing designs that bring user delight
• Familiarity with web development and experience working with developers
• Someone who is outspoken and vocal about their ideas and thoughts. We value meritocracy and think the best idea should win (no matter the position on the team)
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Strong time management skills
  

Compensation

We are a bootstrapped startup still in the early stages so unfortunately our interns will not be paid. However, as we grow and explore this new business direction, we expect funding to influence the compensation of this role.
The intern will be well positioned for future opportunities at the company (part-time, full-time or contract based on funding). We will also work with you to craft your experience as an intern and provide you with real-world experience that can be added to your portfolio/resume.

*Time Commitment *

Our internship requires at least 20 hours / week for 6 months. You can own your schedule and work wherever/whenever you like. Short weekly meetings are expected but most of our communications are done through Slack.
