Product Designer - UX Pay And Benefits
- Hourly pay: $35/hr

Product Designer - UX Responsibilities
- Support mid-level and senior designers in delivering design and innovation across one or more facets of Security and Identity Admin UX.
- Drive tactical design workstreams working side by side with Product Managers
- Work in an iterative manner across multiple projects.
- Drive design using capabilities in sketching, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and supporting user research.
- Use and contribute to Security design systems and patterns.
- Advocate for the user and champion industry-leading, inclusive, and user-centered design practices.
- Create wireframes and mockups quickly in a fast-paced, iterative environment while under the tutelage of mid-level and senior designers.
- Create multiple design variations for user scenarios and articulate the pros and cons of each.
- Partnering with Researchers to deliver on user and business goals.
Product Designer - UX Qualifications
- 1-3 years of related work experience required.
- 1-3 years of wireframing experience
- 1-3 years of experience with Figma.
- 1-3 years of interaction design experience
- Design degree or equivalent industry experience in interactive design, visual design, and/or information architecture.
- Previous enterprise design experience.
- Ability to create design prototypes, wireframes, and other communication artifacts.
- Proficiency in a variety of design tools, but primarily Figma.
- Experience in enterprise and/or cloud design or admin-oriented design is a plus, but even more important is showing enthusiasm to learn (and be mentored by) a group of seasoned designers and researchers.
Compensation: From $35.00 to $35.00 per hour
