Opportunity

As a Product Designer, you will be the focal point for our UI/UX design process, working hands-on with various stakeholders to shape the Skybound Insiders digital user experience. Owning our Figma library, you will build and innovate on our current product offering while ensuring an intuitive and engaging customer journey. The role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and a passion for enhancing the user experience.

Reports: This position will report to the Product Manager for Skybound Insiders

Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Own and drive the complete product design lifecycle for Skybound Insiders
  • Partner with product, engineering, CRM to understand program objectives and uncover customer insights
  • Perform user research to identify problems and validate solutions
  • Participate in design reviews and share work regularly with the Insiders team and key stakeholders
  • Help establish Skybound’s design system and component library
  • Create design processes and uphold high standards for design and product quality
  • Contribute your design thinking skills to other areas of Skybound (storefront, homepage)

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of professional experience in Product design
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Proactive, takes ownership, and confident working independently
  • You create clear, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces
  • Enjoy trying and learning new things – not afraid to learn through failing
  • Passionate about voicing your opinions and humble in receiving feedback

Job Type: Regular, Full-Time

Salary Range: $100,000-$115,000

  • Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc.
  • The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
  • Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each role.
