Product Designer - Part time

Description

As a Product Designer, you will join Rocketbrew’s product team in building powerful and intuitive software that helps users make informed business decisions. Your mission is to support all things design, as the team iterates through different product features and marketing materials to support each release. This role is part time and will start at 7 hours per week.

To succeed, you will need a natural curiosity for anticipating and solving user problems, along with the ability to thrive in an environment with minimal rigid requirements. With our support, you will be designing the most innovative features and accelerating the execution of our product roadmap. Prepare for takeoff!

Your Role

• Prototype and wireframe new features and/or versions of the product
• Create marketing materials such as landing pages and promotional assets (videos, hero images, etc..) to support product launches
• Analyze and interpret user data such as screen recordings, user feedback and in app data to optimize shipped features
• Evaluate and recommend ways to improve the user journey and communicate/nudge to users throughout the product
• Work directly with engineering to understand feature limitations and iterate wireframes based on that feedback

Education and Experience

• Previous experience in product design
• Tools: Figma, Squarespace, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Procreate, or equivalent to these
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate ambiguous ideas into mock ups
• Ready to excel in a startup environment

Salary: $47,909.56-$143,955.79 per year
