Job Description

Collaboration:

Work with design leads and depend a lot on your peers; what's happening across products to maximize things & deliver on time.

Collaborate with peers and products as well to make the products look better on different verticals.

Collaborate closely with the research and data team to understand user behaviors and transform them to actionable insights, to help improve the usability of the existing products.

Transform user insights and ideas to design flows followed by high fidelity designs and prototypes adhering to our design system.

Craftsman

Give attention to your craft, supposedly doing the role of a craftsman: ownership, and dedication towards everything you work on being crafted well.

Establish a strong process for innovative, and divergent exploration, while maintaining the highest levels of creative execution.

Product Delivery & Adoption:

  • Close the loop: look at the start of the problem to what has been the adoption like.
  • Collaborate on growth design of the product.
  • Close the loop towards the end and evaluate how our KPIs perform and then reiterate.
  • Validate designs with users through an iterative user research and testing framework during all the stages of product development.

Product Know-How:

  • You understand design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research
  • You identify opportunities in new product improvements.
  • You stay up-to-date on current industry trends and markets to analyze how a new product satisfies the needs and consumer preferences.
  • You present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership

Creativity & Passion:

  • Creativity & Passion: You enjoy creating and working on the new products by understanding its vision and capabilities.
  • You build designs passionately, genuinely for the customers by bringing in an out-of-the-box approach.
  • You have a genuine interest in product delivery and have an empathy towards end users.

Self-starter:

  • You have the ability to coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
  • You work closely with engineers to suggest improvements for products.
  • You coordinate with designers to ensure accurate communication and efficiency in the design phase

  • You modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.
  • You employ design concepts into functional prototypes.
  • You know how to bring order to chaos while working cross-functionally with teams.
  • You are able to juggle with work as this role would demand you to multitask and be able to understand prioritise
