About the Role:

Job Title: “Product Designer”

  • The main function of a UX/UI (Product Designer) Developer is to develop, create, and modify user interfaces through an understanding of end-user needs.
  • Engages with the business development team and/or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers’ business problem/goals.
  • Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints
  • Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met
  • Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design
  • Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications

Required Skills:

  • Figma Experience | Required 1 Years of Experience
  • Visual Design and utilizing design systems| Required 1 Years of Experience
  • Collaborated with other designers, PMs, and Engineers
  • Previous work experience is related to the work that will be conducting on this team
  • Portfolio – must have case studies showcasing design lifecycle and what aspect of the project they contributed to. Visual design and understanding of skill level.

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $80,000 - $90,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
