The Product Designer will be responsible for designing innovative user-centric product solutions that meet the needs of our diverse clients. You will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team of Product Managers, Product Analysts, Business Analysts, Developers, and Quality Assurance Analysts to communicate end-to-end solutions and help guide your team in launching exceptional user experiences. DESIGN & CREATE – IT’S WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Solve users’ problems - By collaborating and brainstorming with cross-functional teams, you will create prototypes, and iterate on design solutions. You will balance user needs and business objectives, paying close attention to detail to deliver high-quality design solutions to user's problems.
  • Create a delightful experience - You will enhance user experiences by designing intuitive, visually appealing interfaces across our product line, for new and updated products. You will rely on user research and usability testing to inform your design decisions and ensure user-centered designs.
  • Work with a team - You will collaborate with the Product team to understand the roadmap and feature prioritization to be able to scale the design solutions to current and future needs of the product. You will also work closely and regularly with the development team to ensure feasibility and delivery of the designs.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
  • Post secondary education and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in human centered interaction, UX/UI design or related field of study.
  • Strong understanding of user interface and user experience design principles, including accessibility standards.
  • Proficiency with various design tools such as Figma and Maze.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and engagement skills with the ability to demonstrate these skills at all levels of the business, comfortable running usability tests with clients.
  • Strong interest and expertise in the latest technology trends and innovations, staying up-to-date with industry advancements.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript libraries such as React and/or Vue.js as well as the Agile software development life cycle and best practices.
  • Experience designing for multiple platforms, including web, iOS, and Android.
  • Background in designing for enterprise-level Software as a Service (SAAS) solutions.
