Ikigai Product Org
The Ikigai product org will be split into three ownership areas:
- Platform: the goal of this org is to build and instrument the Ikigai platform so that it can support all semi-technical builders to build powerful end-to-end AI apps and deploy them successfully within their enterprises
- Apps: the goal of this org is to build and instrument individual verticalized apps that can be sold in a B2B way into enterprises
- Academy: the goal of this org is to support the sales motion at the beginning and then support the platform in the future - to enable the next wave of Ikigai AI builders
We’re looking for a designer to support primarily platform and apps.
Apps PM Role
The platform & apps design role is responsible for working with the head of product to:
- Platform
- Create Figma component library
- Maintain and extend the Figma component library
- Think through & design platform features
- App
- Create Figma component library
- Maintain and extend the Figma component library
- Design compelling end-to-end apps that can be used by business users
Responsibilities
- Work with product to turn specs into compelling wireframes / mocks
- Work across both platform & apps to image & create mocks / designs
- Think from a user-empathetic perspective and come up with innovative and creative ways to take users through a relatively complex project
- Work with engineers to create mocks that engineers can implement & build
- Answer any design questions that engineers come up with during implementation phase
