We're looking for a talented Product Designer to join us on our customer-centric and collaborative team.
What you’ll do
As the Product Designer at QuoteToMe, you'll be the voice of our customers, owning the end-to-end user journey. Working closely with the product manager and development team, you'll shape the solution from start to finish, designing new features and improving existing ones. Your work will touch a wide range of stakeholders, including contractors, accountants, executives, suppliers, and our internal operations team. With many opportunities to engage directly with our customers, you'll gain a deep understanding of their challenges and processes, enabling you to design the best possible product.
What your week might look like
- Facilitate user interviews with customers, and share learnings with the team.
- Whiteboard a process diagram and wireframes in collaboration with the product manager.
- Create high-fidelity designs and present them to stakeholders.
- Review developed work to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to understand customer challenges.
In addition to the points above, these responsibilities will also fall into your role:
- Participate in roadmapping workshops to align future plans with customer feedback and our business goals.
- Support the product manager with ticket grooming and backlog management to ensure design goals are met.
- Establish standard design components for consistency and scalability.
- Coach our team on design thinking techniques and other design best practices.
