Responsibilities:
- Design interfaces, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate new products and solutions.
- Collaborate with other designers to understand project requirements and contribute to the creation of innovative design solutions.
- Participate in multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work in a fast moving environment.
- Present and communicate design ideas and decisions effectively to stakeholders and team members.
- Conduct user research with guidance, translating findings into actionable design insights.
- Contribute to maintenance and the evolution of our design systems to ensure product consistency.
- Participate actively in design reviews, providing and incorporating feedback to elevate design quality.
- Champion user perspectives and integrate their feedback throughout the design process.
- Leverage the latest design trends and technologies to introduce innovative ideas to the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-4 years of experience in UX or product design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Portfolio showcasing design work, including examples of user interfaces, user flows, and prototypes.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, such as Figma or similar.
- Basic understanding of design systems and their role in ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas and rationale effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.
- Understanding of the technical aspects of software development is a bonus!
