About the Role
We are looking for current students to join Uber Freight as a Product Design Intern during summer 2023! You’ll identify and seek out tough interaction and service design challenges that transform the freight business. You’ll collaborate with engineers, product managers, and some of the world’s best designers, researchers, and writers in a fast-paced environment. Let’s make magic by crafting and launching outstanding experiences for our shippers, carriers, and operations team.
What You’ll Do
- Work in one of our Uber Freight design teams in close collaboration with writers, designers, and researchers
- Try the latest prototyping tools to test out your design ideas with high and low fidelity prototypes
- Work alongside other members of a product team – like Project Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists – to refine your designs
- Learn what details matter at each stage of the product development process
- Present your work to the design team and leave with valuable takeaways and portfolio pieces
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors or masters student enrolled in a Design degree program with an anticipated graduation in Spring 2024
