You’ll learn how to ideate, pitch, and design product features, working alongside designers, UX writers, data scientists, developers, and product managers. You will be completely integrated into the product development experience.

• Contribute to user research/testing.
• Design thoughtful UI/UX solutions to pain points identified through user research/testing.
• Gain hands on experience with developing, maintaining, and scaling a design system.
• Document visual inconsistencies throughout the product.

Can I work remotely?Yes. We operate in Pacific Time and candidates in any time zone are welcome to apply. We also ask our employees to travel to our Mountain View, CA office up to six times per year to collaborate in person in order to build better working relationships and experience our in-office culture. Travel expenses will be covered and reasonable accommodations will be made for those under unique circumstances who cannot travel.Requirements

• Remote work flexible, PST (Pacific Time) schedule
• Available for 40 hours per week
• Passionate about UI design and the role it plays alongside user experience.
• Curiosity towards design systems and its impact on design consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
• Please provide 1 or 2 samples of work in your resume submission. This could be class work, side projects, or work you’ve done for a company.

The hourly range for this position is $20 - $25 per hour. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
