As a Product Design Intern at Skilbi, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our user-centric platform, shaping the future of career exploration and mentorship. You will work closely with our experienced design team and have hands-on involvement in various stages of the product design process.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research to gain insights into user needs, pain points, and behaviors, translating them into intuitive design solutions.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Assist in usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on designs and enhance the user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
- Contribute to the maintenance of our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and share your knowledge and insights with the team.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Knowledge of design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and usability best practices.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or similar software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Passion for user-centered design and a strong desire to make a positive impact in the education and career development space.
