Overview - what we are looking for:

The role of Marketing Designer reports into our Senior Marketing and Client Manager. Under their manager’s guidance, they will be responsible for developing and ensuring the effective and efficient production of print and digital creative content for our RxPx CREATE agency clients across multi-channel distributions including Facebook, Instagram, emails, websites and Apps. This role will work across RxPx CREATE global – including but not limited to – Canada, Australia, United States and Europe.

About the role- what you’ll do:

· Utilixe Adobe CC Suite (or similar) including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign for content production or similar, high quality design software

· Create, arrange, and manage video content & still imagery ensuring content is organized

· Writing, proofreading, and editing creative content across different channels

· Repurpose existing content to produce new, creative assets for print and digital channels

· Video content development and editing

· Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all channels

Social media assistance:

· Assist in creating meaningful and engaging content to a high standard on social media

· Schedule social media posts accurately and on time

· Monitor channel performance alongside manage

· Perform other duties as assigned


About you – what we are looking for:

Qualifications

· Video editing - course or ability to show experience

· Graphic design – course or ability to show experience

· Social media writing – course or ability to show experience

Skills and Experience

· A passion for content creation and storytelling.

· Online marketing skills and experience (social media pages, website, ads)

· Experience in video editing and ability to create engaging videos 15 to 120 seconds in length

· Experience in working in social media platforms and scheduling tools

· Experience in writing post captions for different social media platforms

· Excellent attention to detail, time management and communication skills

· Team oriented, with the ability to achieve outcomes and influence both external and internal stakeholders

· Design/Marketing/Communications/ degre
