Job Title: Junior Web Designer (Full-time, Remote)
We are seeking a creative and talented Junior Web Designer to join our team. As a Junior Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality websites, landing pages, and other digital assets. You will work closely with our senior web designer and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive websites, landing pages, and other digital assets.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers and developers to ensure design specifications are met.
- Implement best practices in user experience and user interface design.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry standards.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Support the senior web designer in project planning and execution.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in web design, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and other design tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of web design principles and best practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress and Drupal is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
