ServiceTitan is looking for a full-time Junior Visual Designer, Web to join the Web Team, within the DemandGen department. Reporting to the Lead UX Web Designer, this person will work closely with the designers, developers, CMS admins and stakeholders to bring their ideas to life on the web. This person will follow our brand guidelines to create custom product screenshots, lifestyle imagery, icons, and illustrations, while striving to improve the consistency and continuity of a customer’s journey through the website.
The web team is responsible for www.servicetitan.com, and www.youraspire.com, the flagship websites for ServiceTitan and Aspire. These websites are our most critical tools for lead generation; both are continually being updated and improved while we field requests from all across the organization. We strive to find the right balance between user experience and increasing conversions, and are committed to implementing web, design and conversion rate optimization best practices throughout both.
We are looking for a team member who has experience designing for the web and understands the holistic nature of enterprise-level demand generation websites.
