What we're missing is someone who can help us refine the design and usability of our websites as well as the information that our customers receive with their products. We're looking for someone who cares deeply about making great customer experiences through their work, so that we can best serve our customers.

Our Marketing Group is growing and we're looking for someone who is excited to be part of a dynamic team and eager to learn and develop new skills. There will be mentoring by senior marketing professionals with a focus on your career advancement. As a company, we avoid unnecessary meetings and pride ourselves on making it easy for creative people to create.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Updating the design and usability of our client-facing (primarily https://www.desergo.com and https://www.ergonomic-products.com) web sites

• Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and interactive prototypes
• Analyzing user feedback and activity to better understand our buyer personas

• Creating infographics to clarify concepts unique to our dental office design systems
• Taking a thoughtful look at how we present and explain the products that we deliver so we can continuously improve the customer experience

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS:

• Above all, we are looking for someone who has a great attitude and loves to learn
• Creative thinker with the skills and mojo to get important work done
• 3+ years of experience in web design is desirable for this role
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and a wireframing tool such as Adobe XD
