We are looking for a Junior UI/UX intern to join our team to assist in building a mobile app. You will work closely with our product development & engineering team to create an engaging and user-friendly interface that will enhance user experience
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product development team to understand user needs and requirements
- Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that demonstrate the app's functionality and design
- Create visual designs that adhere to brand guidelines and ensure a consistent user experience
- Conduct user research to test and validate design decisions
- Implement design changes based on feedback from user research
- Ensure that the app is accessible and meets usability standards
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in UI/UX design, visual design, or a related field
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work
Bonus points:
Experience with mobile app design
Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as Flutter, HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript
