Job Overview:
As a Junior UI/UX Developer at SGA Dental Partners, you will play a crucial role in building and managing engaging, user-friendly dental websites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for both patients and practitioners.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers and developers to build and maintain dental websites with a focus on user interface and user experience.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal performance across various devices.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
Content Management:
- Manage and update content on dental websites, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to integrate promotional materials and announcements.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough testing to identify and address bugs, usability issues, and other website-related concerns.
- Implement best practices for web development and stay updated on industry trends.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and dental professionals, to understand business requirements and implement effective solutions.
- Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with front-end development and UI/UX design.
- In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress — we use the Divi theme and if you have experience using it, let us know!
- Experience in PHP is a plus. If you have experience in developing themes or plugins, let us know!
- Experience leading meetings, communicating ideas to and interfacing with partners.
- Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite for web design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work in a supportive environment with little supervision while tackling several projects simultaneously.
