We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Junior UI/UX Designer. This is an entry-level position perfect for an individual keen to develop in the field of user interface and user experience design. Our ideal candidate appreciates the intricacy of user interaction and the impact it has on design.Job Responsibilities
- Assist in designing efficient and intuitive user interfaces for our digital assets.
- Collaborate with the UX team to design and prototype user interfaces for our applications and digital products.
- Ability to leverage user research to craft informed experiences, and on occasion conduct user research and usability tests.
- Create and maintain design guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure that designs are properly implemented.
Desired Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, interaction design or a related field.
- Knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles and practices.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Experience in a startup environment.
- Understanding of accessible design principles and guidelines.
