We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior UI Designer to join our dynamic team! You will be responsible for assisting our senior designer in creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure our products are meeting the needs of our users.
What You’ll Do
-Design graphic user interface elements (menus, tabs and widgets).
-Translate concepts or requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
-Design and iterate based on feedback from lead designer, stakeholders, and data.
-Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to define and implement UI designs for web and mobile applications.
-Ensure the consistency of design elements, typography, and color schemes across all digital platforms.
-Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices to ensure our products are competitive in the market.
-Assist with other design-related tasks as needed.
What You’ll Be Bringing To The Team
-Minimum 1 year of practical experience working in design.
-Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
-A solid understanding of design principles and best practices for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
-Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and present design ideas and solutions to stakeholders.
-Strong communication skills and the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
-Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript is a plus.
-A passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a willingness to learn and grow as a designer.
