Background: Client acquired Client Vance and we are working on combining multiple websites/brands into one experience.
We are looking for a UI Designer with strong visual skills to join the small but talented, global team. If you are a pixel perfectionist and passionate about using components, we want you!
Responsibilities
Design and deliver web and mobile interfaces based on best practices
Deliver specifications that comply with existing brand guidelines
Articulate the rationale for your design decisions to other designers and business stakeholders
Partner with engineers to understand limitation on design options
Practice inclusive design; designing for equity and accessibility
Manage multiple projects at one time, switching focus between projects as required to
manage priorities
Contribute to design system consisting of components and UI patterns
Requirements
Background in visual design, product, architecture, or related design field
A strong portfolio that has compelling UI visuals with solid process and thinking
1 to 3 years of experience as a key member of a design team, as well as experience working directly with stakeholders or clients
Expert user of Figma
Experience applying brand guidelines within a design system
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
