We operate 9-6pm CT Monday to Friday. You must be available to work then.

Highly desirable requirements:

  • Experience and demonstrated ability in communicating clearly and in a responsive manner with both current and potential clients
  • Experience and demonstrated ability in visual design, specifically in brand design and/or marketing design, including the creation of new brand identity systems, a huge plus

  • Experience as a contractor a plus
  • Experience working in Adobe CC
  • Experience working with ecommerce companies

Responsibilities

You will work alongside a senior designer and design manager to:

  • Contribute to the full design process including user research, defining user task flows and UI, creating low and high fidelity wireframes, and iterating based on stakeholder and user feedback.
  • Define and maintain design systems for client products
  • Prototype, spec designs, and organise Figma files in preparation for handoff for development
  • Participate in design QA and usability testing and prepare findings for presentation both internally and to the client
  • Conduct UX audits of existing client projects and make recommendations for improvements based on usability best practices, accessibility standards, and adherence to a design system and/or style guide.
  • Create landing pages and brand design for clients who require this work in addition to product design; this could be following established style guides or defining new brand systems.
