- You have a track record of designing solutions around reusable components and consistent patterns that speed up the development process and create consistent user interactions
- You manage your time working as a member of the agile team, meaning you’re staying ahead of the sprint cadence to allow time for testing and stakeholder input as appropriate

- You must be passionate about understanding our customers (both B2B and B2C), showing curiosity about their motivations and empathy for the challenges they face.
- You must practice data informed decision making, using site analytics and other business intelligence tools to test hypotheses and validate designs.
- At all times, you should have a clear understanding of how your customers are using your product, grounded in data.
- You will become a recognized product expert within the organization and should be able to effectively explain design decisions to internal stakeholders.
- You must be able to develop expertise in how all functions of the business perform and demonstrate an ability to incorporate business constraints into your solution designs.
