Responsibilities:
- Assist in UX design and research initiatives to enhance user satisfaction and engagement across our digital platforms.
- Participate in various stages of the design process from ideation through to execution, under guidance.
- Support senior designers in conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science, product management, operations, and engineering, to develop cohesive design strategies.
- Contribute to the design of scalable and high-converting user experiences.
- Prepare and present design ideas and drafts to senior designers and stakeholders, integrating feedback to refine designs.
Minimum Experience & Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a design role, such as UX/UI designer, interaction designer, or similar.
- Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or a related field, or significant coursework in design.
- Demonstrable experience in creating user-centric design solutions with a strong portfolio.
- Basic proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
- Familiarity with best practices in web and mobile design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
- A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Content design or UX research experience a plus
