RESPONSIBILITIES
The junior graphic designer is responsible for branding campaign deliverables, including graphic design elements, web site design elements and related materials. Junior designers help to support the design process and maintain the caliber of our work across deliverables. The ideal candidate will work in close collaboration with the Senior Brand Designers and design team members from conceptual design through execution.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
- BFA in graphic design desired but not required
- Has a passion for branding and graphic design
- Has excellent communication skills, is able to respond to feedback in a positive and asks questions on a regular basis
- Is organized and efficient with time management, understands the value of planning
- Has a great eye for typography and overall design layout
- Has an interest in new technologies, green initiatives, community building projects
- Has a passion for non-profit work
- 1-2 years experience in a professional environment preferred
