Aisle3 is an industry-leading creative and performance marketing agency that specializes in growing DTC brands on Amazon, Walmart and other online marketplaces. We spend our days strategizing with founders, CEOs, CMOs and other incredibly talented people to help them scale their online businesses and tackle the everyday challenges of e-commerce today. We are looking for a full-time Junior Digital Designer to join our growing team and become an integral part of their success.

As a Junior Digital Designer you will be responsible for delivering thoughtful, aesthetic, effective, on-brand, and on-strategy creative for our clients’ Amazon and Walmart brand catalogs and product listings. You will utilize the assets and brand guidelines provided to us by the client to design high-quality product listing images, videos, A+ Content, Storefronts, Brand Stories, Posts, advertising creative and other collateral that aims to increase page traffic, conversion rates and sales for our clients.

You will be working using the following platforms:

  • Amazon Seller Central
  • Amazon Vendor Central
  • Walmart Seller Center
  • Adobe Creative Suite

Responsibilities:

  • Become the expert in every detail of our client’s brand and products.
  • Conduct in-depth brand, category, product and competitive research to help inform strategic, creative optimizations and catalog update recommendations.
  • Participate and sometimes lead brainstorming sessions with internal teammates to discuss background research and to align on the creative recommendations.
  • Work closely alongside agency partners and teammates to execute creative projects, from concept to completion, thoughtfully and strategically for our clients, including but not limited to product listing images, product videos/gifs, A+ Content, Brand Stories, Brand Storefronts, Posts, A/B tests and advertising creative.
  • Develop project timelines and ensure adherence to the timeline for overall project completion.
  • Maintain organized design files and asset libraries for all projects and clients
  • Be prepared to occasionally communicate with clients on calls and over email sharing creative deliverables, discussing feedback and obtaining approval of final designs.
  • Work with the goal of increasing overall impressions, sessions, conversion rate, bestseller rankings and sales of product listings through strategic creative content optimizations.
  • Work with account managers on the development of longer-term strategic creative plans of action
  • Evaluate and improve on current practices and take the initiative to improve client performance at every possible opportunity.
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally with internal teams (Catalog, Advertising and Operations) to ensure all initiatives are being completed and performance is optimal.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design or related field.
  • Located in the US.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional design experience, preferably at a digital agency.
  • Experience working directly with Amazon or in Vendor or Seller Central, or other ecommerce-related platforms, a major plus.
  • Strong portfolio of design work, showing solutions to business problems through effective design.
  • Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • High level of proficiency with Google Apps Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Cal, etc)
  • Deep knowledge of standard digital design practices.

  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, work ethic and personal accountability; possess a can-do and follow-through attitude at all times.
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver consistently high quality work in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel a plus.
