Junior Designer

Tahzoo, a globally recognized digital transformation agency, is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Tahzoo Studios team as a Junior Designer. You will work cross-functionally with your creative and UX peers as well as our teams of architects, engineers, and developers to design and produce compelling, visually appealing, user experiences that drive results for our clients.As a Junior Designer you will contribute to the design, production and implementation of integrated digital solutions to include websites, email, digital advertising and social media in addition to traditional media and branding materials.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about design, brand and user experience to have the opportunity to work with some of the world's leading brands, be a member of an industry leading team and grow their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Responsibilities

• As a design team member, create visual content for digital and print platforms including websites, social media, branding, marketing campaigns, and other materials
• Develop concepts, drafts, and prototypes, and engage in design iterations based on feedback from team members and clients
• Ensure all design work properly aligns with client/brand guidelines
• Adhere to and utilize best UX and usability principles and practices
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design and UX decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions across multiple mediums, platforms and technologies
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in design and UX
• Assist in the creation of presentations and design documentation
• Support other departments with design-related requests as needed
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic understanding of UX principles and methodologies
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
