  • Work as part of a squad (a dedicated team that will work together on a regular basis) designing simple web pages and performing updates and maintenance, working from an existing style guide.
  • Slide deck work, so it's essential to have experience with slides and presentation design.
  • Design of branded merchandise. This includes event "swag" such as tote bags, t-shirts,etc. Some print experience is a big plus.
  • Other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned

What You’ll Need to be Successful

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic or interaction design
  • At least 2 years of visual interactive experience design for websites, apps, and digital experiences. In addition to experience with presentation design, print experience, illustration, etc.
  • Must have expertise using Figma
  • Team player who creates opportunities for innovation and excellence
  • Strong understanding of digital design principles. Up-to-date on new trends and ideologies in the digital world
  • Strong online portfolio showing concepts you created and working examples of those ideas in the execution
  • A passion for design, with an eye for detail, a good understanding of visual hierarchy and usability. Superb skill with typography, layout, and color to engage and direct audiences to action
  • Able to work independently in a deadline-sensitive and fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a high level of design quality and strong work ethic

Bonus Points

  • A big advantage would be some motion design 2D and/or 3D

The salary range for this role is $50,000-$70,000. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Culver City, California. This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
