Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Design print and digital marketing materials using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop based on project briefs and creative direction
- Occasionally assist with video editing projects using Adobe After Effects
- Help with visual QA of assigned projects and ensure all creative executions are aligned to and consistent with correct internal processes, client brands, and overall best design practices
- Participate in meetings with colleagues across the team to discuss the scope, concept, design, budget, and schedule of projects
- Adhere to timelines and budgets assigned to each project as established by the Project Manager and tracked by use of daily time tracking software
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred
- Solid understanding of design principles such as layout, UI/UX, typography, composition, and color theory, proven by a strong portfolio
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with varied experience in other professional design agency tools and software such as Google Workspace, Sketch, and InVision, or other comparable tools
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to adhere to project requirements, making adjustments when necessary
- Ability to multitask and work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- A team-oriented individual that enjoys contributing to the culture of the office
- Ability to work on-site in Roselle, IL, for four days a week
