PROFILE
You are a leader who operates in the world of insight, revelations, and human behaviour. You understand the impact an experience can have on the habits, attitudes, and considerations of a brand’s customer. You know the importance behind each piece of work and the job it must do to tell a story for our clients and how it will bring customers one step closer to love and affinity for their brand. You are a creative thinker, an expert in today’s human-centric world, and naturally inquisitive and curious. You are able to quickly grasp the needs of a client and work effectively with the Creative Directors and your partners to successfully craft a strategic direction for our response, with some creative foresight and design thinking.
PURPOSE
Our agency’s Creative and Digital teams are the driving force behind the progressive thinking and audacious experiential work we carry out every day for our roster of clients. We are looking for people who can help us define the new frontier of agency thinking and create new ways of doing business, delivering creative that responds to business solutions that are right for our clients. The right person will bring an interesting new perspective and diverse set skills to an already untraditional team of performers.
OVERVIEW
The Development team of our agency is the driving force behind the progressive thinking and audacious work we carry out for our clients. This role will be working on a high-profile auto client and will be bringing progressive thinking forward, both in how we operate in today’s world, and how our clients should behave and show up across different channels. You will have a close collaborative relationship with the Creative Directors, the designers, and the Executive Producers. You will bring an interesting new perspective and diverse set of skills to an already untraditional team of performers.
