Junior Product (UI/UX) Designer

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights and document findings.
  • Create user flows and wireframes to convey the user journey.
  • Conduct detailed competitive analysis and create documentation.
  • Lead vision activities, generate ideas, and help mock-up/frame concepts.
  • Craft simple solutions to complex user problems that meet business needs.
  • Work alongside more senior design team members to create a holistic, unified experience.
  • Reference industry patterns and contribute to the development of CINC's design system.

What you'll need:

  • Relevant work experience or recent completion of relevant educational courses.
  • Comfort leading discussions about people's thoughts and experiences.
  • Ability to ask good questions to understand who you're building for and why, push for clarity, and seek help if needed.
  • Basic understanding of when and how to validate work through research.
  • Eager to learn new tools and practices to improve the fidelity of your ideas.
  • Willingness to help with whatever needs doing on projects—no job is too small.
  • Ability to present work clearly in a way others can understand.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle the needs of several projects to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with creating documentation, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes using design tools such as Figma.
  • A positive attitude with a desire to delight clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a cohesive team environment.
