Junior Product (UI/UX) Designer

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights and document findings.
- Create user flows and wireframes to convey the user journey.
- Conduct detailed competitive analysis and create documentation.
- Lead vision activities, generate ideas, and help mock-up/frame concepts.
- Craft simple solutions to complex user problems that meet business needs.
- Work alongside more senior design team members to create a holistic, unified experience.
- Reference industry patterns and contribute to the development of CINC's design system.
What you'll need:
- Relevant work experience or recent completion of relevant educational courses.
- Comfort leading discussions about people's thoughts and experiences.
- Ability to ask good questions to understand who you're building for and why, push for clarity, and seek help if needed.
- Basic understanding of when and how to validate work through research.
- Eager to learn new tools and practices to improve the fidelity of your ideas.
- Willingness to help with whatever needs doing on projects—no job is too small.
- Ability to present work clearly in a way others can understand.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle the needs of several projects to meet deadlines.
- Experience with creating documentation, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes using design tools such as Figma.
- A positive attitude with a desire to delight clients.
- Ability to thrive in a cohesive team environment.
