Responsibilities:
- Grasp project specifications and convert them into compelling design concepts.
- Utilize various graphic techniques to fabricate initial drafts.
- Develop and present creative concepts to the team.
- Collaboratively work with the team to initiate and drive successful campaigns.
- Undertake market research to stay ahead of design trends and to understand competitors' strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design or Visual Communications, or equivalent.
- A maximum of 3 years of experience in a graphic design role.
- Proficiency in design and graphics editing software, including Figma, Photoshop, AfterEffects, and Illustrator.
- Solid skills in typography.
- Capability to effectively collaborate within a team.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- A natural aptitude for creativity coupled with strong problem-solving skills.
