Who You Are: We are looking for a creative and motivated Digital Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in designing ecommerce sites and digital assets that drive revenue growth, conversion rate lift, and engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs that effectively communicate our brand's message and support our business goals.

What You're Good At:

• Collaborating with the marketing team and product managers to understand business requirements and user needs
• Designing landing page experiences alongside the Acquisition team that drive lift in conversion rate
• Evaluating and recommending existing website designs and work with the site team to propose new ways to improve the experience for the customer
• Developing wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows
• Creating designs that align with brand guidelines and visual standards
• Staying up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
• Participating in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs
• Working closely with developers to ensure design concepts are implemented correctly
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
• In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:
• Revenue growth
• Conversation rate lift
• Engagement

What You Contribute:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital design, with a focus on ecommerce and digital assets that drive revenue growth, conversion rate lift, and engagement
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design skills and experience designing for ecommerce sites and digital marketing campaigns
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and other design software · Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Understanding of basic ecommerce strategy and how design projects fits into the bigger picture
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
