  • Collobrate with internal team to gather information about their requirements and to find out what needs researching, designing, or usability testing.
  • Be involved in sketching, prototyping, and on occasion user testing, before passing the design onto the development team.
  • Get insights on building new product/business lines by talking to a varied set of users.
  • Proactively research different user cohorts both from a quantitative and qualitative research perspective.
  • Put users at the center of a design to make it simple, easy to use, and good looking.

What You Should Bring

  • Bachelor’s or MS in any human behavior-related field (or equivalent and demonstrable work experience in computing science, design, human-centered interaction, psychology, web design, and development)
  • Experience planning and executing research.
  • Proven competency in data analytics and qualitative aspects of UX research.
  • Proven ability to implement appropriate qualitative research methods effectively.
