Intern, Product Design (8 months)

Your role as Product Design Intern

Reporting Michelle Ngai, Manager, Product Design, you will contribute to reducing barriers to healthcare by designing and delivering delightful user experiences for members, clients and care team providers.What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with partners across product and engineering teams to define, build, and release new products and features
• Construct user flows, mockups, wireframes, and prototypes that optimally communicate design concepts for validation
• Help conduct user interviews and research to gather qualitative and quantitative data that will inform design decisions
• Design solutions that are consistent and cohesive with all the Dialogue apps using the current design system in place
• Provide feedback about your experience to help shape and improve Dialogue’s internship program
  
  

We'd Love To Hear From You If You Have

• Completed or are workings towards a Bachelor's Degree in a design, research, or a computer science related field
• A good understanding of UX/UI fundamentals
• Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch or a similar tool)
• Great communication skills when presenting work and explaining design decisions
• The ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse, cross-functional team (i.e., engineers, product managers, etc.)
• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
