Interdisciplinary Designer

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (XD, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects and Acrobat)

• Must possess impeccable design sense: attention to detail, strong typographic skills, understanding of information hierarchy, colour theory and, composition.

• Be versatile in both print & interactive design with the ability to create press-ready and web-ready files.

• Clean craft skills with the ability to help the team prepare presentation boards, props, and other materials.

• Understand and respect brand standards and existing client strategy

• An understanding of web design, mobile design and print design as it relates to user experience (UX) and user interface design (UI) is highly sought after.

• Other creative skills (photography, illustration, copywriting, animation, etc) are a definite plus.

• Knowledge of WordPress and CSS is a definite plus

• Previous experience is required (bring it on!)

WHAT YOU HAVE

• Must have a graphic design undergraduate degree/diploma and preferably a graduate degree from an Art and Design institution.

• Be able to manage multiple projects and work within multiple disciplines at one time.

• Maintain professional communication regardless of casual studio atmosphere.

• Be able to take direction productively.

• Be ambitious, and talented and motivate people with a great attitude and willingness to jump in and help however needed.

• Mad organizational skills using digital tools.

• Ability to follow the Agency’s creative process.

• Exceptional communication skills.
