Interactive Digital Designer

Who we are

Reform Collective is a small team of award-winning digital designers and developers. We use modern and imaginative design to tell compelling stories for outstanding companies. These aren’t your everyday websites—think fully custom, sexy animations and eye-goggling 3-D, all built from the ground up. We’re a full-service agency, which means we tackle web, product, brand, 3D, and print projects. We don’t take ourselves too seriously; we save that for our work. We’re deliberate and detail-obsessed when it comes to producing high-quality design, but we’re not afraid to have fun while we’re doing it.

Who you are

You have strong design skills and inspire the team around you. You are able to take a project and run with it. You take your work seriously but don’t take yourself too seriously. You don’t want to plug away at a corporate job pushing pixels back and forth doing the same thing day in and day out; you want variety and you want a challenge. You’re detailed, independent, and confident while knowing you have room to grow, and are eager to take it all on. *NOTE: Must Live in Salt Lake/Utah Valley (or willing to relocate).

What you'll need

1-2 years experience in the digital design world. Design education background preferred.

A strong portfolio attached to your application — show us something that will make us want to call everyone over to see.

Know all the tools. We don't have to list them. You are good and know what we are talking about.

Be comfortable talking to clients like they're your friends. Can eloquently advocate for your designs while also being open to client feedback and preferences.

Able to work on more than one project at a time. Can switch between them with efficiency.

Basic understanding of motion design is a huge plus.

Also a plus: 3D, Video editing, photography, copywriting, development, and QA experience.

Live in Utah/Salt Lake Valley or are willing to relocate
