The Role

RAD Labs is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality designs for a variety of mediums, including print and digital materials. The Graphic Designer will work collaboratively with our clients’ marketing and creative teams to develop compelling and effective visual communications that meet their needs and support our business objectives. Key responsibilities:

• Dream up and produce visually stunning designs for everything from print materials to digital platforms, including flyers, posters, websites, social media graphics, and email newsletters
• Rapidly generate initial drafts using various software tools and AI, and incorporate client feedback to expedite the design process
• Work collaboratively with our clients’ marketing team to create innovative campaigns and develop design strategies that support our business objectives
• Present your designs to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating until we have the perfect product
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard
• Keep your finger on the pulse of design trends, tools, and technologies, and bring your fresh ideas to the table
• Make sure that all our designs are consistent with our brand identity, and optimized for every medium and device

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of work
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
• Ability to work collaboratively with others and take constructive feedback
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to present design concepts to stakeholders

Preferred:

• Experience designing for print and digital mediums
• Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website design
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing software
