This member of the Paycom marketing team will assist in the development of memorable and impactful graphic design for both printed and electronic media.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Employ computer software to design digital or print versions of advertisements, brochures, slicks, posters, magazines, newsletters and other publications.
- Submit rough drafts for approval.
- Make changes to mock-ups, drafts and existing material.
- Revise existing material to bring up to current graphic standards.
- Follow branding guidelines and templates to ensure consistent corporate identity.
- Assist with management of creative filing systems.
- Participate in brainstorming and/or planning meetings with the Creative Service team and/or other Paycom employees.
Education/Certification:
- Currently enrolled and pursuing degree in relevant field.
Experience:
- Previous design work is a plus.
Skills/Abilities:
- Design and layout skills, proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) to produce press-ready art. Creativity, flexibility, punctuality and attention to detail are preferred.
