Summary:
In collaboration with Combe’s Creative team and external agency partners, this position executes Combe’s digital production process for email, digital advertising, website, and retailer content support. Manage projects throughout all phases.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensures successful production of design elements
- Produce graphics and print/digital materials to support business development, brand marketing initiatives, and company objectives
- Execute digital design based on concept, strategy, and design direction
- Develop new designs as well as iterate on existing designs
- Apply appropriate design principles, including layout, typography, color, balance, composition, and current design trends
- Safeguard all graphic needs by making imagery consistent with branding standards
- Collaborate with the creative team, marketing team, developers, and other team members to ensure all projects are completed accurately and on-time
- Participate in design handoff to developers
Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements:
- Knowledge of design principles, sound branding standards, composition, color theory, and brand adherence
- Proficient in Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office. Adobe After Effects and video production a plus.
- Exhibits high levels of innovation, initiative, self-learning, and adaptability/flexibility
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others
- Ability to manage projects and time effectively
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Open to learning new applications/technologies
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is optional but not required
- Experience in digital design and production including email, banner ads and websites. Amazon content experience a plus.
- A minimum of one year of professional experience in digital design is required.
Additional Information
- Freelance to Regular employee for the right candidate
- Combe offers a hybrid office schedule where employees are in the office at least two days per week
