Impact you will make

As an Experience Research and Design intern, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our company by supporting the user experience for products across the entire FinThrive portfolio. Your efforts will contribute to improved user experiences for our customers, helping us to build better products for our customers.


What you will do

  • Assist with maintaining the FinThrive UX design system.
  • Support research initiatives by proofreading and editing research plans and reports.
  • Create wireframes and prototypes for FinThrive products.
  • Review and update content and copy per FinThrive UX writing standards.


What you will bring

  • Currently pursuing a degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in UX design tools, such as Sketch or Figma.
  • Excellent visual design skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a diverse team to achieve common goals.
  • Knowledge of front-end development frameworks a plus.
