Description

The main purpose of this position is to design, develop and implement employee experience solutions that meet the needs of Bond Brand Loyalty’s clients. This position reports to the Manager, Experience Design.

Bond Brand Loyalty offers you the opportunity to work with a cross-functional team of experience designers and industry professionals to create engaging solutions for international clients in sectors such as automotive, financial services, healthcare, pharmaceutical, technology, retail, and hospitality.

This role has the opportunity to be remote in Canada or the United States. Preference to candidates located in the Greater Toronto Area (Ontario, Canada).

As our Experience Designer, you will support development of a wide range of customer and employee experience solutions for our clients. This might include:

  • Enablement and Training.
  • Assessing learning needs, analyzing existing training assets and creating and designing instructor-led training, eLearning, mLearning, workshops, post-tests, etc.
  • Engagement and Communications.
  • Writing copy for videos, job aids and infographics; research to support market scans.
  • Employee Engagement and Customer Experience Discovery
  • Supporting development of Facilitation Guides and activity design for co-creations and workshops; scribing at interactive sessions to document participant feedback and insights; aiding development of customer journey maps.
  • Helping develop and localize materials for different markets

Qualities you have:

  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to develop effective and engaging copy for video scripts, communications, reports, e-learning, workshops and more
  • Visual design skills and a talent for presenting ideas in a compelling way
  • A client-centric mindset
  • The ability to work accurately under tight deadlines and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency in foundational computer skills such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • *Experience with the following is a distinct asset:
    AI tools; visual collaboration platforms (e.g., Miro, Beekast); creative tools (e.g., Canva, Powtoons, Premiere, Illustrator); eLearning development and engagement platforms (e.g., Articulate Rise 360 or Storyline)
  • A minimum of 2 years designing and developing solutions in relevant areas of focus such as employee experience, customer experience, learning and enablement or communications
  • A post-secondary degree in a related field is an asset
  • The ability to apply design thinking and Human-Centered Design to your development process is a definite asset.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and/or US
